Finally, finally I’ve turned 21. I spent the weekend with my boys in Atlantic City at this high class hotel called the Chelsea. The place is pink and purple at night but the inside is sexy. Anyway, we drank a lot as expected for a 21^st birthday with free drinks considering my aunt works in the casinos, thanks aunt sue =] After that we went down to the bikini bar where they tried to make me wait 6 minutes until the it was 12 midnight. We said eff that noise and went to another bar where we drank til about 2-2:30. After going back to the hotel vox and I decided to go back down to the club. Somehow we bypassed the security, lines, and cover charge…. Because we had wrist bands from the bar… so we got in for free. Still doesn’t matter cause we paid out the ass for drinks anyway. We finally went back up stairs to the room at around 3:15 where and when I passed out at 3:30 am. Somehow I fell asleep on the chair and woke up on the floor. I still don’t know how hahaaaaa but I woke up at 9:45. Whatever I didn’t have a headache so we went out again and did a little gambling and saw Under The Sea in Imax —- WHACKEST MOVIE EVER! I was so disappointed. But that was basically my weekend. OH I got a text from friend we made from Dobbs who works in Hooters so we went to see her. That’s the end of my weekend. Hahah

Lately I been listening to a lot of Avenged Sevenfold, particularly their self titled album that was released in 07. I couldn’t tell you why I started listening to them again but I think what caused it was I had my ipod on shuffle and one of their songs “Lost” came on. I had never listened to it fully through so I figured it was about time to. Dueling guitars in the beginning grab your attention. The drums drop in and the song starts. I still don’t like how whiny M. Shadows voice is but I can get passed that due to Synyster Gates’s sick nasty guitar playing and The Rev’s disgusting drum patterns. The thing I found most interesting and shocking I guess is the best way to put it, is the hook. It’s auto tuned. It’s not like crappy auto tuned either, you can still hear the whininess of Shadows’s voice but underneath that you can hear the auto tuner. I usually dislike that damn tuner but I kinda like the effect it has in this song. Check it out and see for yourself. The other song I’ve been cranking in the skull candies is “Unbound (The Wild Ride)”. As A7X said on a ‘Making Of’ the album on youtube, they originally called this song ‘Disneyland on Acid’ because that’s in fact what it sounds like; a trippy Disneyland ride. It has this insane piano part that I wish I could play. Drum patterns are offbeat, which is hard as hell to play. They’re pretty fast too so it’s difficult there as well. The guitars are both god damn impossible to learn, trust me I’ve tried. The ending of the song sort of bothers me. It’s quite energetic through the majority but at the end it’s calm and lame. I don’t like it hahah look that one up too. Let me know what you think. The whole album is pretty sweet, kind of dark and sinister, but sweet non the less.

I’ve been arguing with James for like the passed month or so about the new live action Alice In Wonderland movie due out in 2010. I’m sure you know Alice in Wonderland was destroyed by Disney when they made the novel into a childrens movie. The story is pretty graphic and doesn’t have a happy ending but leave it to Disney to ruin something. So here’s were our debate started. I said it’s going to suck ween cause it’s a PG-13 Disney film. James’ argument was that it’s Tim Burton picture thus it should be fine, since Burton is a loony m-fer.  The only mutual thing we could agree on is that Johnny Depp makes a crazy looking Mad Hatter. Yesterday on my day off I was browsing new movie trailers when I came across the one for Alice In Wonderland. Downloaded that beast in HD and I had to text James right away after I saw it. I hate retracting my statements about something I believe will suck. However after watching I had to. I hate losing to James.

So I’m moving again… but im not telling anyone where I’m going. I don’t want like everyone knowing so I only told a few select people. Word will spread quickly so it really doesn’t matter. Whatever lol
